SQLRsync is Public Domain(ish)
I think this project has a use in the world - if not even just to improve the awareness of the SQLite Organization's awesome sqlite3_rsync tool.
If this ends up being my day job, I plan to rewrite the core server component to be able to release a vendor-agnostic/homelab server into the public domain.
Until then, all code that I authored in the sqlrsync client project is released into the public domain and I'm not going to claim copyright on anything on the site.
